editors or if you have to manually code with HTML.

How can I remove a malicious script that plays the German national anthem on my browser?
I recently hosted a BBQ and one of my friends, who is very skilled with computers, decided to prank me by creating a .bat file on my desktop that either runs the command `play` or `start` followed by a YouTube link to the German national anthem. I deleted the file and emptied the recycle bin, but the problem persists. At random intervals, the anthem starts playing on my Chrome browser. I need help to fix this issue, as it is very annoying and disruptive. This is not a joke, I am serious.
